Shipments and returns
Your Package Shipment?
Orders are usually processed and handed over to Swiss Post within 48 hours of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). All shipments include tracking. If you prefer a signature-required delivery or an express option, please contact us before placing your order.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Fees?
Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage fees. These are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We advise combining your items into one order whenever possible, as we cannot merge separate orders placed at different times.
Packaging & Protection?
All packages are carefully packed using durable and protective materials to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. Fragile products such as mugs are safely cushioned to reduce the risk of breakage during transport.
Missed Deliveries?
If a package is not claimed or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, it will be returned to us. We can reship it upon request — however, additional shipping costs will apply. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds on shipping costs.
Returns?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.
Returns are only accepted for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or personalized products cannot be returned, except in cases of damage or error.
